Located in Southern New Hampshire, Hesser College is a group
of schools affiliated with Kaplan, Inc. that focuses on providing
certificates and degrees that provide innovative career-focused
training. Students may obtain their certificate, associate
or bachelor’s degree in rising occupations, such as
early childhood education and criminal justice.
Established in 1900, Hesser College remains committed to
following the standards set by its founder, educator and businessman
Joel H. Hesser, who believed that all citizens deserve the
right to a meaningful education.
With a comprehensive curriculum for all courses, Hesser College
focuses on preparing students for a successful transition
into their next career. They offer renowned career services
to their students to assist with writing resumes, finding
job openings, searching for part-time employment to help pay
for the costs of school and tips for having a successful job
interview.
Hesser College Admissions and Financial Aid
In order to attend Hesser College, students are required to
have a high school diploma or a recognized equivalent and
have a meeting with a school representative. The financial
aid office provides information regarding eligibility requirements,
scholarships, alternate financing and other financial assistance
information.
Hesser College Student Life
Campus life is fun and exciting at Hesser College. With residence
halls holding many of the students that attend the college,
Hesser College helps add to the whole college experience,
fostering relationships that will last a lifetime. First year
students are even allowed to bring their cars to campus, allowing
greater freedom to the first year student. With an active
campus life, students can take part in the many organizations
such as the student government, the campus radio station,
or the many choral groups.
