The Human Resource Management
program is designed to prepare human resource professionals
to deal with the complexities and challenges of managing today’s
workforce. Human resources professionals recruit, screen and
hire prospective employees; develop and execute orientation
and training programs for employees; and maintain employee
information. You’ll learn to handle disputes, grievances,
discipline, and dismissals while you acquire the skills you’ll
need to work with a variety of people in various work settings.
