Associate of Arts in Accounting (AAACC). The Associate of
Arts in Accounting Degree provides students with a solid background
of general knowledge in addition to a broad-based business
foundation with a specialization in accounting. This specialization
helps prepare graduates to excel in the areas of accounting,
auditing, bookkeeping, management analysis, financial advising,
and other related jobs.
The student will obtain an excellent basis in communications
arts, social sciences, humanities, math, science, information
technology, and business. The student will be taught basic
principles of economics, management and accounting practice.
The student will also learn how to research, analyze and apply
vital information to real-world challenges and opportunities.
Throughout the program, the student’s learning, communication,
team work, and critical thinking skills will be developed.

their education are prepared to move easily into a bachelor’s
degree program, specializing in accounting such as is offered

Requirements
To enter the Axia College Online program, you must have a
high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years
