The Bachelor of Arts program offers a liberal arts foundation
in psychology that allows application of psychology to bachelor's
level careers in industry, government, and nonprofit agencies.
The program also provides the basic knowledge and skills for
Learners to seek further education in psychology, education,
and related fields.

The objectives for the Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree
program are:
1. Introduce Learners to the field of psychology and behavioral
studies.

3. Provide Learners with a basic understanding of human behavior
to better understand themselves and their relationships with

To meet these learning objectives, Learners are required
to satisfy courses in the following three areas: Core Psychology
Courses, General Education Courses, and Elective Psychology
Courses.
Requirements
A high school diploma, completion of a GED, successfully completed
college courses, or other equivalent means of verifying that
the applicant is ready to begin or continue college level
work.
