The Executive Master of Business Administration program is
designed to develop high potential managers for positions
in senior management. Candidates will create and defend their
solutions to problems of crisis management, profitable growth
opportunities, and change leadership during ten courses that
follow the principles of problem based learning. Learners
will gain experience in distilling a situation into a well-defined
problem; apply tools and concepts to analyze a variety of
alternative solutions; and select and defend their recommended
course of action. Supporting their learning, students employ
simulations which allow the learner to explore alternatives,
make decisions, and receive feedback on the choices they make.
To solve the problems, learners may use either information
from their own organizations or locate, evaluate, and use
information from one of several virtual organizations.
Requirements
A regionally or nationally accredited U.S. bachelor’s
degree; a cumulative graduate GPA of 2.5 or higher; 3 years
of post high school, full time work experience.
