The Management of Technology concentration program at Warren
National University provides the opportunity to explore issues
and master concepts involved in the management of technology
and technology-based organizations.
The Bachelor of Science program in Management of Technology
is designed to equip students with the conceptual and practical
skills needed to turn technology into a strategic advantage.
Technology may be an organizations primary product or
the means to increasing profitability, regardless of the service
offered. This program enables the configuration of that technology
to interface well with the other aspects of the organization,
such as employees, customers, suppliers and society at large.
Program Objectives
In addition to the objectives listed for the School of Business
bachelor level degree, upon graduation, Management of Technology
concentration students will be able to:
Research processes, systems and materials used in manufacturing
common to modern industry
Manage information technology in business operations, utilizing
managerial decision-making and strategic planning skills
Implement practices for maximum competitive manufacturing
Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications by creating
multimedia applications
Determine product cost and profitability, budget preparation
and profit planning
Identify emerging technologies and market technical products
Demonstrate proficiency in the management of technology at
the bachelor degree level
Requirements
To enter a program, you must have a high school diploma or
equivalent, at least five years of full-time work experience
and be at least 23 years of age.If you are interested in learning
