The Master of Business Administration program concentration
in Management and Leadership at Warren National University
seeks to equip students with a broad base of knowledge that
can be utilized to strengthen leadership abilities and improve
managerial effectiveness. Recognizing that the separate disciplines
are highly interrelated, Warren National University believes
that its students benefit from a program that combines both
Leadership and Management to assist professionals in obtaining
success regardless of the hierarchical levels in organizations,
or the types of industry in which they operate.
The Master of Business Administration in Management and Leadership
concentration degree program assumes that students already
possess fundamental management skills. It builds upon enhancing
students understanding and is designed to ensure that students
have the concepts and knowledge base necessary for applying
practical managerial solutions to challenges within their
work environment.
Program Objectives
In addition to the objectives listed for the School of Business
master level degree, upon graduation, Management and Leadership
concentration students will be able to:
Evaluate organizational cultures, climates and politics with
regard to associated normative beliefs
Manage diversity with leadership and management techniques
to overcome barriers and challenges
Apply negotiation and conflict theory in the workplace
Review legal implications of management decision-making processes
affecting employees
Apply the principles of microeconomics to managerial decision
making
Develop financial management tools to impact financial issues
on organizational performance
Utilize practical concepts to develop and implement marketing
management strategies on a domestic and global level
Demonstrate proficiency in management and leadership at the
master degree level
Requirements
To enter a program, you must have a high school diploma or
equivalent, at least five years of full-time work experience
and be at least 23 years of age.If you are interested in learning
