concentration program at Warren National University provides
the opportunity to explore issues and master concepts involved
in the management of technology and technology-based organizations.
The Master of Business Administration in Management of Technology
takes students to a greater depth in understanding the implications
of technology in the organization, particularly in light of
external forces and how it fits into the general world of
science, government and business. This program recognizes
the direction of an organization's efforts in the management
of technology, and may well be one of the critical success
factors in any management portfolio.
Program Objectives
In addition to the objectives listed for the School of Business
master level degree, upon graduation, Management of Technology
concentration students will be able to:
Evaluate customer needs surveys and their implications on
product design
Apply macroeconomic models, theories, and application principles
to new product lines
Manage the innovation of technical projects with high-risk
processes on time and within budget
Research scientific and technology approaches to solving management
and engineering problems
Differentiate between morality and ethical theory from the
perspective of corporate responsibility
Demonstrate expertise in the selection process to specify
and procure software and hardware
Utilize technology for competitive advantage
Demonstrate proficiency in management of technology at the
master degree level
Requirements
To enter a program, you must have a high school diploma or
equivalent, at least five years of full-time work experience
