| About The Art Institute Online
The Art Institute Online is a division of The Art Institute
of Pittsburgh, established in 1921. Created for busy people
like yourself. Students develop their own capabilities and
talents using many informational sources, including lectures,
readings, life experience, projects and group discussions.
The facilitator aids the process by addressing student needs,
interjecting their industry experience, and providing direction
to create a unique learning experience for each student.
Accreditation
The Art Institute of Pittsburgh - Online Division, which is
accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges
and Schools (ACICS). The Art Institute of Pittsburgh - Online
Division is authorized by the Pennsylvania Department of Education
to award Bachelor of Science and Associate of Science degrees.
